All transactions on z376 are conducted in PKR (Pakistani Rupee). There are no currency conversion charges for Pakistani players. Your account balance, stake selections, and withdrawal amounts are all displayed and processed in PKR.

Processing times for withdrawals depend on the chosen method and verification status of the account. z376 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe.
By depositing on z376, you confirm that the funds you are using are from a legitimate source and belong to you. z376 reserves the right to request documentation to confirm the source of funds where the platform has reason to do so.
All bonuses and promotional offers available on z376 — including the welcome deposit bonus, weekly reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, PSL betting boosts and loyalty rewards — are subject to specific terms and conditions. These are published on the relevant promotion page and must be read before claiming any offer.
Most deposit-linked bonuses on z376 carry a wagering requirement — a multiple of the bonus amount that must be wagered before the bonus and any associated winnings can be withdrawn as real cash. The specific wagering requirement for each promotion is stated clearly on its individual terms page. Failing to meet the requirement within the stated time limit results in the bonus and associated winnings being removed from the account.

In most cases, only one active bonus can be held on a z376 account at any time. A new deposit bonus cannot be activated while another bonus is pending wagering completion. Cashback and loyalty points accumulation are passive and do not typically conflict with an active deposit bonus — check specific promotion terms for confirmation.
z376 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes will be communicated to players through the platform. Promotions are offered at z376's discretion and there is no entitlement to any specific offer.
Once a bet has been confirmed by the z376 platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player except where a specific cash-out or edit feature is available for that bet type and the option is presented before the relevant event concludes.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply across all betting markets and game types on z376. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. z376 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time, including restricting maximum stakes for specific players where unusual betting patterns are identified.
In the event that a bet is accepted due to a technical error — for example, incorrect odds displayed due to a data feed failure — z376 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account. z376 will not honour bets placed at clearly erroneous prices that provide an obvious and unfair advantage.
PSL matches, T20 internationals, and other cricket events are subject to the specific sporting rules applied to each market. Live in-play bets are accepted subject to market availability and may be suspended during key moments of an event. Void policies for abandoned, postponed, or shortened events are applied consistently and will be communicated where relevant.
The results produced by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software in z376's slots, fish games and bingo are final. z376 does not alter, override or selectively modify game outcomes. RNG certification details are available on request via support.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on z376 and will result in account suspension, balance voiding and possible reporting where applicable:

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use, copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works based on z376's intellectual property without prior written permission.
Game titles, game mechanics and associated visual content in third-party supplied games remain the property of the respective game providers and are licensed to z376 for use on the platform.
z376 provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, and circumstances beyond z376's control may occasionally affect platform availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, z376 shall not be liable for any losses — including financial losses from bets placed during a technical issue, losses resulting from unauthorised access to a player's account due to the player's failure to secure their credentials, or any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
z376's liability in any case shall not exceed the amount deposited by the player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
z376 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it has reason to believe that the account holder has breached these Terms, is engaged in prohibited conduct, or has provided false registration information. In such cases, any bonus balance will be voided. Real money deposits that are not implicated in the breach will be returned through the original payment method following an investigation.
You may close your z376 account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed. Any active bonus balance at the time of a player-initiated account closure will be forfeited. Real money balances will be paid out to the verified payment method on the account.
An account that has not been accessed for an extended period may be marked as dormant. z376 will attempt to contact the account holder before any dormancy administration fee is applied. Details of the dormancy policy are available on request from support.

The date of the most recent update is shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the z376 platform following notification of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept updated Terms, you should close your account before the effective date of the changes.
